Hair and Make-up Breakdown (Jeffrey Paul)
“Audrey Hepburn is always the inspiration for starlets who want to create a beautiful fresh face. I like to create different looks on Willa to show the many sides and facets of her looks and personality. To compliment the dress we wanted the makeup to be feminine and pretty with a modern appeal. The bold lip in a deep coral orange is to balance a soft sculpted eye. The brows defined and warm and lashes long and elegant.
We first started with creating the glow in the skin with Lancôme Genifique applying it to hydrate the skin while we do the hair. Eyes are hydrated with Talika eye patches. The eyes have a soft sculpted look with soft beige and a bit of black to define and accentuate Willa’s eyes. The shadows soft shimmer enhances the rich tones in Willa’s eyes. I wanted the skin to look radiant so a light veil of YSL touché éclat was blended with a foundation brush. A bit of K.A. skin-enhancing makeup was blending into the foundation and used as concealer.
The key to this look is definition and soft sculpture, keeping the focus on the lips. Contour on the face and body was with a warm bronzing glow by Orlane. The apples of the face have Dior blush in sugar and spice. Lastly the lashes are defined and enhanced with Lancome Hypnose mascara.

The inspiration was a young Audrey Hepburn. Our style was easy to achieve by applying Not Your Mother’s Smooth Moves frizz control hair cream to damp hair and blow dry with a paddle brush, while lifting the roots. Our goal is to create light volume in the hair and keeping it manageable and shiny. After the hair is dry, a bit more Smooth Moves hair cream is added to my palms as I group the hair in my hands and brush the hair back, while twisting it up and secure with baby bobby pins. The fridge is blown out with a medium round brush and smoothed into the existing up do. It’s all set with Not Your Mother’s She’s A Tease Volumizing hairspray.
